Erich Stief founded Stief's Wood Products in 1993 with a simple goal: to provide dependable firewood and mulch service to the St. Louis, Missouri community while putting reputation and customer satisfaction first.
Those priorities remain firmly in place today under the leadership of his son, Collin.
Collin spent years working alongside his father, learning the trade and the values that shaped the firewood delivery and mulch business.
After Erich’s passing earlier in 2025, Collin has carried those standards forward with the same commitment to quality and integrity.
Firewood customers throughout the St. Louis area have grown in number. They continue to recognize when they’re treated with respect and when the product and work reflects genuine care.
